All-Natural Aged Espresso Balsamic Vinegar

This aged balsamic vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract.  It makes a superb glaze or BBQ base for pork, beef or chicken. Beautiful on Italian style desserts with cream or as a glaze for roasted vegetables.  Add a shot to an affogatto float, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee.
