Mango Balsamic Chicken
The fresh mangoes and our mango balsamic are a perfect combo in this dish.
3 tablespoons Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup of Mango Balsamic
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup of mango nectar
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
kosher salt and ground black pepper
1 large mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
- Combine the chicken breasts in a large plastic bag with mango nectar, mango balsamic, premium extra virgin olive oil and thyme with salt and pepper to taste.
- Ensure chicken is thoroughly coated with the marinade and place the bag in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken and grill each side until thoroughly cooked.
- Serve the chicken topped with chopped mango, red onion and green onion.
